All corals are packed in a styrofoam insulated carton, and triple bagged to assure you coral arrives safe and sound. We ship Monday through Thursday. We only ship next day air

Any problems are to be reported within 6 hours of delivery. If the problem is not shipping related, we will replace the item and pay return shipping. Package cannot be refused for any reason or this will void any guarantee or refund.
